The new term of K9 Nose Work® classes will begin the week of May 28, 2018. Information concerning this session can be found on our Fall 2018 class flyer.  It is is ready for download.  Our Fall term of classes will begin the week of September 10, 2018. More information will be available soon.


Our next ORT will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2018. All three odors were tested.  Our premium is now available. If you have questions or want more information, please contact us.


We will have our next K9 ABC Games™ will be September 22, 2018.  If you are interested in more information about the Games, please visit our website. We hope you can join us for one of our games.


Nose Work Magic is always offering workshops and seminars.  Future workshops and seminar will be announced when they become available. Please continue to check with us.

We are so pleased to have had both Steve Austin and Vicki Austin here from Sydney Australia. We strengthened our skills in Scent Detection, learned more about applications for scent work in environmental and ecological situations, and build our general training skills.

Ron Gaunt, co-founder of K9 Nose Work® has been in the Bellingham, WA area on February 17 - 19, 2017. These three days of workshops provided an opportunity to work wth one of the most outstanding professionals in the field of scent work. We hope to have Ron return early in 2018.

Christina Bunn returned to Bellingham for two days of workshops. They were held on March 17 - 18, 2017. Check back in the latter part of 2018 for another opportunity to learn from Christina. Please contact us for further information.

We are pleased to announce a fantastic workshop with Jean Richardson. Jean Richardson is a CNWI, NACSW Certifying Official, and NACSW National Trial Approval Coordinator. She will be presenting a workshop on Monday, August 20, 2018. The workshop is open to anyone competing in Nose Work or interested in competing. Working spots are available for teams that are currently competing. The workshop will focus on Trial Handling Skills and Problem Solving in a Competitive Environment.  The registration information will be available soon. Please contact us for further information.


We currently have three weekends of NACSW sanctioned trials scheduled for 2018. The trials are expected to be in April, June, and August 2018. More information will be available soon.

Our April 7 - 8, 2018 trial was held at Meridian Middle School, Lynden, WA. The premium is now available for this trial. Registration will open on January 22, 2018 at 9:00 AM (PST). The links for registration are found below.

Our June 23 - 24, 2018 trials was held at the Meridian High School, Bellingham, WA. The premium is available. Registration will open on April 16, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (PDT).

Our August 18 - 19, 2018 trials will be held at Kendall Elementary School, Maple Falls, WA. The premium is now available. Registration for both August trials opened on June 11, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (PDT).

Volunteers are the only way that a Nose Work trial can succeed. We will hope that you will join us as a volunteer in our upcoming trials. Registration for volunteers for our AUGUST 2018 trials will open soon.  When accessing the sign-up system (the link below), you will need an Access Code to enter. This access code is: K9NW.
